On Thursday, March 30th, the Congressional Baby Caucus will be hosting a briefing from 10:30AM – 11:30AM in Rayburn HOB, Room 2255 about preschool expulsion and implicit bias. Preschoolers are expelled from their programs at three times the rate of K-12 students. Most alarming, African American children and especially boys are the most vulnerable. A distinguished panel will give an overview of new research on the role implicit bias might play in early childhood programs. Confirmed speakers include:
