Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide tribal and urban Indian communities with tools and resources to plan and design a holistic, evidence and community-based, coordinated system of care to support mental health for children, youth, and families.
Eligibility: Federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes; Urban Indian Organizations; Consortia of tribes or tribal organizations; and Tribal colleges and universities (as identified by the American Indian Education Consortium).
Anticipated Total Available Funding: $5,492,314
Anticipated Number of Awards: 17
Anticipated Award Amount: Up to $310,000 per year
Length of Project: Up to three years
